I’m a Licensed therapist in the states of Wisconsin and Florida. My goal is to help clients achieve a better sense of self, be their best version, and live a happy and authentic life.

Relational trauma is my passion. It’s the type of trauma experienced in our relationships, such as growing up in unhealthy environments, having unhealthy family dynamics, or where people experienced or still are experiencing domestic violence, neglect, and abuse. It also includes living with someone with an addiction, or with someone emotionally unstable.

In the therapeutic process, I utilize a relational approach and will help you learn to identify and provide yourself with what you need to thrive in being YOU.

After pursuing a 14-year career in the corporate world as a sales and marketing professional, I found my calling in psychology and counseling. I made that change to live a life that was more authentic with who I am and what makes me fulfilled. I’ve earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida.

I am a National Certified Counselor and Registered Mental Health Counselor in Florida, with 5 years of experience providing therapy for individuals and families.

I am part of The American Counseling Association and the Mental Health Association of Central Florida.

My experience includes teens, adults, families, and group counseling. From a diverse background, I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and offer online and in-person counseling services. My credentials are Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and National Certified Counselor.

I believe in the power of connection and how our relationships influence our lives. I am a nature lover and in my free time, you’ll find me enjoying sports, and outdoor activities, as well as reading books.

Hi, I’m Bruna

“ I’ll show up authentically in the session. You can expect to find a real person that has her own wounds and that through therapy found healing and was able to write (and keep writing) a new story.”
